This was probably one of the longest dreams I’ve ever had, but it’s gonna be brief here cause I forgot a lot of the details. The dream starts off with me talking to my ex and two of her friends. She’s telling me how she’s going away to college. I feel like crying when she says that. I guess it’s worth mentioning that she broke up with me, not the other way around. I go home, and I do start crying. Later, I’m hanging out with one of my buddies from Xbox Live (we’ve never hung out IRL), and I have to fight back the urge to cry again when I mention it to him. In the next part of the dream, I’m at a supermarket checkout lane with my mom when some random guy wants to fight me. He attack, and I put him in an arm bar, then kneed him in the chest. He was was like “what the hell?” and I said that if you have to defend yourself, you should inflict as much damage as possible. My mom had an exasperated look on her face. Then I found myself in a strange room, on top of a building. I have the shotgun from Halo. I climb through a small glass tunnel that lead upwards. The tunnel leads to a large, pyramid shaped room with a glass ceiling. Inside was my ex and her two friends dressed in very formal wear, for some reason. I talk to them, but my ex won’t talk to me, she just gives me a cold, dismissive look. I feel so dejected, I just wanted to curl up and die. Suddenly, I found myself fighting fast-headcrab zombies from Half-Life 2 with a few friends. I take cover on a bridge. My ex comes up behind me and hands me a note. I can’t read it. I ask her what it says, and she smiles slyly. She pulls me in close and kisses me softly on the lips. I’m happy beyond words.
